You may think AP Warwick is useless because of his abilities scaling to AD left with only his Q scaling to AP.

AD Warwick can deal massive damage in 1v1 fights and make it look easy. Well, so can AP. You go AP because you can get to max build faster and easier, you're Q at end game deals 1k damage + 20% of targets max health, and you heal for that EXACT amount, meaning you will almost never die in the jungle nor champion fights.

Pros:AMAZING damage with Q, AMAZING life steal, Simple to play( if played smart)


Cons: vulnerable to CC

I usually like to start out with Amplifying Tome first because it gives a good AP ratio to your Q for the early game, making it deal over 100 damage and granting you over 100 hp. It will also build into your Mejai's Soulstealer . You get this because you will be ganking a lot, and killing a lot. It is very cheap so you can preserve your gold. You will obviously grab Sorcerers Shoes so you dont need to worry as much about tanks.


That was your *early game* items. You generally wont go back for items as much anymore.You will just be grabbing stacks on your soulsstealer. You will next want to obtain spirit visage. It is perfect for AP warwick. His Q will heal him a TON more, so will his passive. It will get him more cooldown reduction so he can spam his Q attack more often, then it gives you health and magic resist for defenses. WONDERFUL!!!

Now you get to the BIG items. I just love deathcap, this will be a game changer for Warwick as his Q damage and heal will go OFF THE CHARTS. This item is a MUST.

Sheen is a solid item to build into lichbane. It is good to get for its passive because after all WW was suppose to be AD.

Hextech Revolver is another fabulous choice because the spell vamp just locks in your heal, and you deal more damage with the AP.

You want to build the Revolver into a Will of the Ancients next to boost that Revolver, plus it has a nice Aura for other AP teammates.

Finally, you want to build a Lich Bane. Its passive is amazing because your basic attacks will devastate the opponant, also has nice additional move speed, magic resist, and AP.

What i Like: Ghost and Smite


Ghost is a great choice because as a jungler, you'll be ganking a lot, it will also allow you to get near injured enemies to send off your passive on your E. It can also get you out of sticky situations.

Smite is a must for jungling, makes the like in the forest paradise.
