This is my first guide hopefully it will bring you as much joy as i have had with this build, with this build you will have 40% cdr, 4.1k life, 112 ad,288 ap, and 1.228 atk spd, 25% spell vamp plus a little bit more from spirit visage. I play aggressive as heck but when i do slow down a little bit this build is even better. Rumble is my favorite summoner to play i have played him since day 1 and nothing else. Some of my friends say he is a outdated summoner but i would like to change that, so here is my guide on how i build him, for me hybrid is dead

With runes i like to keep it simple i get 9 greater marks of insight, for spell penetration, 9 greater seals of force, ap per lvl, 9 greater glyphs of force, ap per lvl, and for quints i go 1 greater quintessence of force, vitality, and swiftness

9/21/0 same as any other rumble on here it seems to be the best way to go

for items i rush will of the ancients its awesome for every one, life = kills, the next item i get is spirit visage, then ionian boots of lucidity, then warmogs, and then the key to every build rylais crystal scepter, the last item is really up to you, i use nashors tooth for when i overheat 30% extra damage plus speed helps take down a turret pretty fast.

flame shooter should be the first thing you max out, after that i just go with whatever is working games are always different so go with what just feels right

Ignite and tele-port are the only two summoner spells i like to use, flash can be good but i tend to just use tele-port come in drop a bomb of hurt and reap the rewards

so hopefully this quick guide gives some sort of insight, i know its not the best guide but any thoughts on how to make rumble even meaner would be greatly appreciated
