instead of lucidity boots, you could take merc treads and have scaling cdr glyphs for max cdr. This gives you tenacity and more total mr. You will also hit max cdr at level 18, and as tryndamere being the highest level is very easy.
Also since your E does PHYSICAL dmg you should have armor pen masteries and not magic pen.
