Only alpha strike really benefits from AP :P Seems a bit to little to me for an AP-build. Although it might work at start of game. (you could however sell your items end game and switch to melee setup xD
Meditate really benefits from AP as well. Mobafire says 30% Ability Power is tacked on but it's really 30% Ability Power tacked on to each second. It's a 5 second channel duration so it effectively increases your heal amount by 150% of your ability power. Try it out :p
