I definetely recommend this build to everyone to at least try it out in a normal and see what they think. Just note that this is a very different playstyle to normal Zilean. Thanks a lot for this guide man, it really made me enjoy Zilean again and my teams have been very positive so far!
Edit: I suggest running Armor marks instead of HP and Movespeed quints instead of Armor to help compensate for not having boots. Just get tier 1 boots somewhere after u finish Ardent and sell them when you're at 5 items and have enough for your sixth.
I've been looking recently at how to fix this build's early game because right now I've started getting **** on early in most games. I'm starting to think maybe Frost Queens is better for that so you have a bit more to offer when trading in lane against people Soraka etc. It's worked well so far but it does make you slightly less tanky unfortunately, although it does provide more heals and just enough AP to be a little bit threatening.
