The builds are pretty low AD early/mid and rely mostly on armor pen for damage output so try to work AD runes/quints if you want your E to scale better, or you could just go pure armor pen and tell the top laner to go eat a big fat one.

Build 1 has 40 armor pen from items for tanky classes like malphite whereas build 2 has only 30 armor pen but has a regen debuff similar to the effects of ignite for champions with stupid self healing - you could trynd a vlad out of lane with an executioner's calling as he usually goes spell vamp quints and relies on the heal from his Q and transfusion to stay in lane.

The real big benefit to this type of play style is to capitalize on trynd's chase and escape potential. Putting his dash on a 5.4s cd and his shout on a 7.2s cd makes him near impossibru to escape from and if you go build 1, you are running at 442 movespeed anyways. Nidalee couldn't even escape that.

It puts your Q on a pretty short cd too of 8.4s so after a team fight, you can q real quick, get another 100 fury and Q again and continue your lane push.
