Explanation

This build is all about the Armor Penetration. The Ghostblade and Cleaver with the runes give you 49 Armor Pen, allowing easy burst down kills on enemies while engaging on the enemy team starting a team fight. Yet the build still allows tankiness and survivability. The build also gives you 35% CDR allowing more engagements.
