the stone is for good lane stay and being able to spam the hell out of volley, plus by the time that you dump it, it will more than pay for itself

Why Philosopher's stone if you already have Mana Regen runes?
I Think that is a wast of money. 1 or 2 Doran's Blade would give you better results than a Philosopher Stone
