From my experience its better to harass enemies in lane. In the later game stages you rely on your items and the runes dont matter that much .

You most importantly take Stoneborn Pact. It procs when hitting enemies with your volley and is great in combiniation with ardent censer. The rest is up to you and depends on different situations. I can recommend to take Bandit, its a good gold income if you shoot your volley often.

Build the items in the exact order.
Believe me,its good.
Its tremendous.

and by the way, you dont need sightstone. Vision is not important since you have your E to scout for enemies.
