I don't see how im taking pointless amounts of health considering rylais is very good with liandrys. And it is a pretty good slow.

item choices are poor and taking pointless amounts of health over more damage. match-ups pretty inaccurate...

You did take scepter though. Forgot about that.

Also Since your not taking Summoner's Wrath.

I know Kat used to take Flash and Ignite but with Liandry's Torment, wouldn't you want to take Exhaust over Ignite? That item looks superior to Ignite.

Very good guide you seem to know what your talking about.

Don't know much about Kat and only play 1 AP champ but I do like this guide and the items. Can't tell you it's the best since I barely know about AP but looks good to me.
