As Azir you should only rely on your soldiers. Play fairly safe early as your abilities costs a shi*t ton of mana. You should avoid roams because as Azir play safe early and mid-game you should farm a lot. In mid game (finished Nashor) you can start going aggressive. Azir has a lot of damage and in mid game you start reaching your power spike. In late game you should just stand behind your frontline and unleash your high DPS with Rylais, Nashor and Rabadons. You WILL do a big amount of damage (if you're not behind). As you grow with Azir you can start putting him to his full potential and do some awesome plays with your E-Q-R combo.
