This doesn't have anything to to with Alistar, but one game I was playing as Kayle. By the end, I was killing minions in one hit. This was my longest game ever - over 70:00. Anyway, you guys are saying how hard it is for a farmer to get 15,000 g. I got over 50,000 g no kidding!!! By the end I had an Infinity Edge, 2 Trinity Forces, 2 Phantom Dancers, a Nashor's Tooth, and +4,000 g. (This isn't the way I usually play Kayle, but we had to drive off all of their minions because they had destroyed all of our inhibitors. We actually did push back and win because of all the gold we got)
But you are right, it usually is very hard to get that much gold, especially with a tank with ability power like Alistar.

Absolutely ridiculous (and funny) build. =P =D +1 cause you made me laugh

PS. The story about Kayle is not a joke, it did happen.

LoL I like the idea but purchasing all this gear in a game specially with alistar.. not very probable :) Def crazy sweet tho!!! 1 shot'n towers :)

Quite funny builds, but as was said, unlikely to be done. Getting those kinds of stuff is hard enough for farmers and killers, so Alistar would fight too much to get 15k gold. And if by any way you manage to get it, i bet there will last only a turret or even just the nexus so you won't even be able to do what your build was for ^^

And more, your math is not good : your forgot the armor of the towers, which applies after the building modifier. The damage you give are the one that would be done on a inhibitor or nexus.

I did not vote actually, because i don't know if i'd prefer a +1 or -1, so i let it to zero :p

Well I am not quite sure what to think about users without a single own build, one post, and telling me he voted -1 because the items are expensive (I wont post screenshots of the amounts of gold I farm during an average game).

Anyway, thanks for the explanation for your decision.

Yes, i can imagine a world where i have 6 BF's , etc
Voted -1 for the totally irreal itemization.
PS: nice maths tho

The greater the ability power - the great the damage on structures ! Especially if you have Lich Bane - keep that in mind ;)

ty for your input, dedicateD. I was not sure about that point, but now that you mentioned it, I couldnt remember to ever have critted a structure.
I removed that part of the build.

The Crit Alistar wouldn't work since you can not crit on any structure.

I totally agree: You will rarely have games, that will last long enough and will be profitable enough to get these items together, as for
- the critter build you will have to invest 16.030 gold, and
- the AP build you will have to invest 15.135 gold.

But after all, I rather tried to open eyes, for the possibilites, and to stress out the effect of multipliers (i.e. with sheen and his passive, you will have a * 2,88 bonus against all structures anyway - and sheen costs about nothing).
Beside: Although I agree, that you wont (often) reach this maximum dmgs, with working towards this items you always have a nice output, since you can build all of them from affordable items to buy one after another. So I still consider this the most efficent ways to a tower pushing Alistar.

I underdstand what you're trying to do, but it seems highly unlikely to do because of the build cost. A game would never last long enough for you to get the required items.

Fixed some errors in the calculations, all values should now be right.

Added a second build for a crit-dmg based Alistar. Both are one hitting towers.
Give it a look, maybe even a try, and tell me your thoughts about this idea. +1s are appreciated.
