Aegis Protection
After attacking or casting spells 4 times, Pantheon will block the next normal attack that deals more than 40 damage to him.

Grand Skyfall
Pantheon gathers his strength and then leaps high into the air, crashing down at the target area a few seconds later. Deals up to 400 / 700 / 1000 (+100% of ability power) magic damage to units at the center (down to 33% at the edge) and slows them by 35% for 1 second.
Spear Shot
Pantheon hurls his spear at an opponent, dealing 16 / 28 / 40 / 52 / 64 damage plus 100 / 115 / 130 / 145 / 160 % of his attack in physical damage.
Aegis of Zeonia
Pantheon leaps at an enemy and bashes the enemy with his shield dealing 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+100% of ability power)and stunning them for 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 second(s). Pantheon also instantly refreshes his Aegis Protection.
Heartseeker Strike
(Passive):Certain Death - Pantheon gains 100% critical strike chance against targets below 15% of their max health.(Active): Pantheon focuses and deals 5 swift strikes in front of him, dealing 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 damage 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 % percent of his weapon damage in physical damage per strike. This attack deals double damage to champions.
Ok, this is a pretty basic Build for Panth.
Acronyms I will be using
    SS-Spear Shot
    AZ-Aegis of Zeonia
    HSS-Heartseeker Strike
    GS-Grand Skyfall
Ok, so you decided to play/purchase Pantheon, now you need some help. During the laning phase you want to be last hitting minions, and if possible, getting kills, or stealing, makes no difference. However, unless you are being harassed alot you do not want to be using your full combo of AZ, HSS, followed by SS, instead just keep harassing with SS, and keep them away from minion kills. During the laning phase it is very crucial to be last hitting minions, if you did not know already. Now, once you hit say around level 7, and you should have at least BF sword and Longsword by now for your black cleaver, you should go grab the Golem Buff. So basically laning phase is, harass, minion kills, grab golem when you feel that team fight phase is starting soon, and getting kills after you have harassed them past the point of no return.
Team Fight Phase
Pantheon is very cooldown reliant, so for most of the fights, you want to be sitting in back waiting for a good chance to go and get some kills, after your skills go on CD, fall back behind the tank again. Positioning your HSS, can be very crucial, if you can hit more than that 1 person that you are trying to kill, do it, and practice getting it off on more than one person using it only once. Yourshould get most of its stacks on the target from auto attacks, a HSS, followed by a quick SS(this does not proc cleaver), is devasting to a single target. You want to be throwing your SS almost everytime its off CD, because the more you charge your passive, the longer you survive.
The most crucial part of playing panth to his full potential will be timing GS perfectly, if you notice that bottom lane is gone, and no one has called mia, wait and see if any of them show themselves mid, when people gank, the person trying to run, goes toward the turret, now having an 8 second delay upon arrival you want to place it a bit ahead of them, but not directly on your own turret, as that will just scare them off, when we all know what youre looking for here, kills, when you drop in, you immediately want to AZ the squishiest champ and do the usual combo, and rinse and repeat until you have to fall back.
This should get you multiple kills.

By now some of you must be thinking, why no snowball items? Well, sometimes when a build tells you to get a snowball item, you cant stack it up, or you die and lose alot of stacks, with this build you may not have as much AD, but with the Arp(armor penetration) you have it will deal a significant amount of damage even to tanks.
Well, abrupt ended, but thats all the advice and stuff I can give to you about playing panth well.
EDITS For the first few comments I went and tested, I always thought that HSS did stack your black cleaver, but after testing, no it does not.
This is to fill the specifications neeeded to be a full build, I present you with, alot of ranting about nothing. I wish that i was stronger early game, because i feel like SS was nerfed when they upped the mana cost, it makes me angry, etc etc, maybe i have the requirements filled, let me see.
