I'm not sure why you'd take W over Q first, you want to win your trades by inviting them into your Q range and healing the damage they just dealt.
Nice inclusion of zz'rot portal though.
I would recommend some scaling CDR glyphs to go with the flat ones so you reach a full 10% by the end game rather than 7.5%.
Top lane generally builds armour so you want flat AD instead of armour pen. You get pen on your E and cleave stacks from cleaver anyway.
It depends but I mostly start w because it will combo with your auto attack so you can trade faster, when I start against a ranged champ I will start q. TY for the feedback, I may side with you on the decision of runes.
