Champion Build Guide
Early game farming
To kill a minion with aa it has to be on even lower hp than the one you can see on the left.
Neeko is a ranged AP mage who excels at: strong poke, wave control, high kill pressure at level 6, and punishing enemy mistakes with crowd control.
Neeko is a really bad champ for farming in the early game, you don't have much AH and mana to just spam with spells. It's important not to let them push you under your tower cause you won't be able to farm minions because of the low damage you do, especially with aa. The best idea is aa a lot, last hitting can seem hard to you - there's only one method for that - you have to wait until minions health bar is at the lowest it can be. You can and should also use your Q ability for this, but keep in mind that it also has low damage when starting. A great idea is to cast Q on the enemy standing in the minions wave cause when you hit an enemy, Q is re-popping each time, hitting with more power.

Suprising Neeko's power
Once I was the OTP of Neeko, I discovered that this champ is really underrated and has a lot of hidden potential. You can believe me or not, but you can play with Neeko on every line, and she's really flexible. I'm planning to publish a guide for every line for her. You can do amazing plays that can decide who's winning the game. Her ultimate ability has a lot of potential for team fights - it's important to sneak for opportunities. When you play with Yasuo on your team or some champ with a lot of cc you can make a BIG difference in the game. You always have to remember that you're really squishy and can be killed easily. Be aware of all assassins and the majority of the AD carry. If there's a lot of mele in the enemy team, I prefer and recommend building some more movement speed to be more able to run away.
Best combos
The most basic combo is to cast E -> Q. Going farther if the enemy is in your flash radiation, you can do E -> R and fast flash -> Q -> E -> Q (if already renewed). If the enemy is in your R radiation, you can go for E -> R -> Q / Q -> R -> E -> Q. When the enemy is caught with E, optionally take a brake before casting the next spell for aa, and always after casting Q aa.
W and shapeshifting
You can make a funny prank on the enemy and come to the line as a minion with the wave, wait for the right moment when the enemy is close to you, and fast cast E -> Q, then R -> E -> Q -> aa.
When you're using W, it's important to move it as if it were you and pretend to be a clone with the real you. It may sound trivial, but when you master this ability, you can make your enemies sick of playing against you. When they're never sure if you are real or/if you are shapeshifting, they never know what to predict, which makes it easier for you to manipulate them and kill them.
Shapeshifting can also be used to scare off enemies. You pretend to be the most powerful team member - that's it. When the game starts and your JG starts from the top side, you can protect the buff by pretending to be JG. When you want to secure the dragon from being done by enemies, you can use bushes to change your form without enemies seeing and make it look like there are more team members here than there really are.
You can lurk in JG pretending to be a buff or other creature and suprise enemy or enemies. The best option is to have one or more of your allies bait them into your trap.

Neeko AP carry
Playing Neeko as an AP carry in the bot lane is a strong but often underestimated strategy that rewards aggression, lane control, and decisive teamfighting. When paired with the right support and played with intent, AP Neeko bot can dominate the lane and heavily influence the pace of the game. In lane, Neeko should play proactively but intelligently. The goal is not to mindlessly shove waves, but to apply pressure through controlled aggression. Successful roots open windows for heavy follow-up damage, especially when coordinated with an engagement-oriented support. Even without kills, forcing enemy summoner spells before level six creates an immense threat once Neeko unlocks her ultimate. Outside of the lane, Neeko’s role shifts from bully to playmaker. Unlike traditional ADCs, who thrive in extended front-to-back fights, Neeko excels when fights are chaotic. She should look for flanks, fog-of-war engagements, and moments where enemies group too close. A well-timed Pop Blossom in a dragon or Baron fight can single-handedly decide the outcome, especially when enemies underestimate her burst potential coming from the bot lane. In the right hands, Neeko bot lane is more than just an off-meta choice—it is a powerful alternative carry style that rewards creativity, confidence, and precise execution. For players who enjoy dictating lane tempo and turning fights with a single decisive ultimate, AP Neeko bot offers a uniquely satisfying way to play.
Runes
If you are not sure if precision is a good choice, I can tell you that it definitely is. Press the attack works perfectly with her passive stacking aa up to 3 times.
The presence of mind helps you to not run out of mana too fast in the early game. Legebd haste allows you to make sick combos spamming with stuns. Coupe de grace makes you sure to kill enemies on low. I don't really see the sense of taking domination or sorcery for the first tree.
