heres the proof that it works

my runes may look a little messed up to u guys but i use it for all my ad champs and it works fine for me remember kogg goes both ap ad and hybrid

im not very good at explaining things so bare with me i go ad for kogg-maw i start out with dorans blade for life steal then as i progress i get berserker's greaves for movement speed and attack speed but kogg-maw is really slow soo u can go any mobility boots apart from ninja tabi and Ionian boots and mercury's treads if you are goin ap then u can get sorcerers boots , then after i go build malady start with amplifying tome and then dagger x2 , then i go build madreds after that go build black cleaver its very good against tanks, after that u get enough gold sell dorans blade then build hextech gunblade or bloodthirster but i recommend gunblade when u are finished go build infinity edge

make sure u lvl up BIO-ARCANE BARRAGE in the begging so u can get some distance between u and the enemy and it does hella damage and less mana consuming. at 2 lvl up CAUSTIC SPITTLE then lvl up BIO-ARCANE BARRAGE till lvl 5 get ult at 6 then lvl up LIVING ARTILLERY and BIO-ARCANE BARRAGE to the max try to lvl CAUSTIC SPITTLE,VOID OOZE when ever u can when i am in fight i go W,Q,E,R i only go e for getaways or to help team fights gank or run

teleport and flash is good for getaways and ganks
