Warwick's Q is his source of spell healing and gap closing, if you turn on your E and leap behind an enemy holding Q then you can toggle your E again and fear them away from were they want to be. This is super simple and an easy way for pre6 ganks to work.

Warwick's W (BLOOD HUNT)is really nice for ganking healthy targets or checking if your jg is clear of enemies. The blood trail leading to targets is blue up until a short distance close to them were the trail becomes RED. This is super useful for ulting a target out of vision because you know exactly were they are like if a low champion starts backing in a bush you can see the red blood trail in a bush so you can pin them down.

Jungling is easy for warwick due to his passive healing and attack speed. I recommend starting red side with machete and smiting raptors and not red, this will give you a fast and clear path to wolves > Blue > Gromp > Scuttle.

After that you should have opportunistic ganks that you can take due to BLOOD HUNT being global. Stick to a Side lane and mid lane, If top is doing well Gank bot through mid then take top turret. If Top is doing well and the enemy top laner is low, moving towards them will give you movement speed towards mid from botlane then quickly to top to take first turret. After that try to set up a tent for the worse lane and start fire roasting the enemy that you camp because you need to get fed.

Botlane will be an easy camp due to the support meta right now isnt all that tanky so you can pin down the ADC while your botlane takes care of the CC support and finish off the marksman.

Midlane is bursty and most of the time has mobility and or some sort of CC to shut you down so be careful and make sure your midlane is ready for the gank.
