runaans este une very bad item for jinx (and frozen mallet too)

1. No explanation of summoner spells... why not take Revive? :o
2. Bad rune explanation, I wanna do full CDR
3. Runaan's Hurricane is a noob bait.
4. Zap! is op poke in lane, max first would be stronger.
5. You get crit but no Lethality or Frenzy in masteries... wat...
6. The guide has coding but not done professionaly...
