Still, vlad tank is no better than a mordekaiser. Tanks need some form of CC to be actual tanks. Without CC you can't save anyone, all you can do is do damage during team fights since no one will attack you. The slow is simply not enough.
Also, I'm not sure if you noticed but this is nothing more than a build. You need 5000 characters before it shows up as a guide.
What are you supposed to do with that? You can't deal any damage and you can't save your team from focus. It's much worse than a mordekaiser.
Sorry, but it'll never work in competitive play.
