Team Work

If you get into a team fight, use rolling thunder first. this will allow you to catch up to and enemy or close the distance. it will also stop them if you hit them and give your allies a chance to get a kill.

Summoners Spells

I take Flash Ignite for my summoner spells. this allows me to pick up kills even if i have to back out. flash aslo allows me to catch opponest running away.
