Who Is Lee Sin?

As a young teen, Lee Sin was intent on becoming a summoner. His will and dedication were unmatched by any of his peers, and his skill drew the attention of Reginald Ashram, the League's High Councilor at the time. While studying at the Arcanum Majoris, Lee Sin became frustrated with instruction paced for the other students. He spent his free time researching the nuances of summoning in hopes of graduating sooner. He made amazing advances in his arcane studies, surpassing all other students. By all indications, he would have become one of the League's greatest summoners were it not for one terrible mistake. Too impatient, he attempted to test his ability by summoning a beast from the Plague Jungles. What he summoned instead was a young boy, but not in one piece. He barely had time to look the boy in what was once his face before the jumbled human mass fell lifeless to the floor. A League investigation later revealed that the boy's entire village was obliterated by feedback from the ritual.
Lee Sin's talents were so promising that the League was willing to overlook the incident, but he could never forgive himself. He left the Institute and journeyed to the Shojin Monastery for eternal repentance, swearing never to practice magic again. Years later, hoping to atone for his crime with martyrdom, he set himself ablaze as a protest of the Noxian occupation of Ionia. He remained alive in this state, enduring searing agony for weeks. His actions paved the way for a League match wherein Ionia prevailed, but by the time he was doused, his eyes had been burned completely from their sockets. Hailed as a savior, he was reborn, and his will to act invigorated. He joined the League of Legends to continue his atonement with sweat and blood, a true monk's only possessions.

"The actions of one may sunder the world, but the efforts of many may rebuild it."

Masteries

JUNGLE
These masteries are just the common jungle ones.these help reduce the damage the minions deal to you and maximizes the damage you deal to champs and minions.

SOLO TOP
These are also common solo top masteries the armor and magic resist bonus from runes and masteries helps you deal with almost every solo top champs the damage from the runes and masteries means it will be easy to either kill them or get them low enough so they have to b.

Items Why/Why Not

First of all i would like to stress that trinity force is not a viable item on lee here is my reason for this statement.
The zeal grants lee no bonus as he is more of a mage and needs damage to fuels his abilities
Zeal grants attack speed which is meh the crit is not need if you can kill someone with a standard combo

The sheen grants mana which lee does not use so it seems pointless the ability power it grants is not worth the gold the bonus auto attack damage is nice but like i said its not worth the gold

The phage however does benefit him but you can also build something else other than trinity when upgrading phage

JUNGLE

I like to start with dorans because it grants health lifesteal and damage but you can always get cloth armor 5 hp pots or if you jungle well then grab boots and 3 hp pots as this will increase your ganking power.

once i go back i tend to be able to get boots and vampiric scepter the boots will increase your ganking power. and the scepter grants even more sustain in the jungle and 1v1s

on my next b i finish wriggles then pick up another dorans i then begin to work on merc treads

after merc treads i start on warmogs starting with giants belt after warmogs i start investing in damage

i get atma for the armor and damage with the atmogs combo.

i then pick up a quick negatron cloak for mr now i work on last whisper for the damage starting with picaxe.

after lw i turn nc into force of nature all 6 slots are full at this point.

i then sell wriggles and get the almighty bloodthirster.

most games finish after atmogs.

SOLO LANE
