Hextech Gunblade is a poor choice, as AP doesn't fit Blitzcrank. The spellvamp and lifesteal off it isn't sufficient enough to sustain him in a teamfight. Other than that, I couldn't understand how you even deserve to be put up in the top 10 list of Blitzcrank guides if you couldn't put effort into your guide so you honestly did deserve a down vote from me.
have you even tried the cooldown reduction build?
I said i didn't have the time and if you were wondering something, leave it in the comment sektion. But you maybe didn't want to ask something but only critizize me? Let me explain my item and mastery choice. My build is fucusing on cooldown reduction. The cdr on blitzcrank is really good because of his W and E ability. If you have ionian boots and frozen heart you can have your W up all the time wich means alot of attack speed and movement speed. Also your E ability has a 3 second cooldown that allows you to interupt their AD/AP carry in teamfights. PS: English is not my first language.

Poorly made guide, didn't even go into the slightest of detail. Remember that mobafire emphasizes more on guides than builds. What you have here is a barebones build. Not to mention that 9/0/21 poorly fits Blitzcrank in terms of efficiency.

Please put more detail into the summoner spells, why dont you use exhaust instead?
sure i could do that, but i put this build on mobafire because my item build fits blitzcrank very good.
