Boots of Speed: good first item to vladimir gives u superiority against ur enemy at speed.
4 health potions: its good to waste ur rest moneys to these at first
Hextech Revolver: very good to vladimir, gives good help to ur Q:skill
Sorcerer's Shoes: I like to buy boots early so it is no longer a concern
Will of the Ancients: even better help for vladimir's Q:skill and gives also spell vamp and ap
to ur allies
Rylai's Crystal Scepter: is good for giving health and pretty much ap, also slows enemies with ur abilities
Rabadon's Deathcap: very good for giving ap also from ur other ap items.
Zhonya's Hourglass: gives u very much ap and godd armor.
Abyssal Scepter: gives u good ap and magic resist for balance the difference between the armor, also reduces nearby enemies magic resist

Pros: -Very durability with big health, armor and magic resist
-U get easily ur health back with Q:skill and Spell Vamp
-Does plenty of damage :D

Cons: -Big cooldowns with other skills than Q:skill

Use ur Q:skill for last hitting.
