Introduction
Ok so for runes I used Greater Marks of Insight for magic pen to make the damgage from my abilities punch through better.
For Seals i used Greater Seals of fortitude to up my health a bit and get a head start with stacking health.
For Glyphs i used Greater Glyphs of focus, for cooldowns to allow for faster use of Tides of Blood and Transfusuion.
And finnaly quintessences, I used Greater Quintessences of Potency for that extra boost in AP for the nuke build.

The reason for the skill sequence is for the player to be able to heal themselves quikly in the game and saves sanguine pool for chases and slows for late game. Using this sequence you can out last other players early in the game and stay in lane longer while being able to dishe out damage and farm at the same time. Being able to last by maxing out transfusion first allows for more opportunities for exp and gold.
Pros: Lots of burst damage, ability to change team fights with the amount of damage able to dish out, easy farming ability for easier item building. Can easily take dragon alone later game for easy money.
Cons: not much armor or magic resist, cant stand in the middle of the fray for too long.
