Brand - We don't need no water
maybe have a skill sequence explanation section? I like to run brand 21/9/0 more although thats my preference

Regarding the masteries: Yes it totally depends on your preference. I like the extra damage you get from a 21 Offense mastery a lot too, but just find the CD and mana reg to be more useful :)
