Depending on the other team, Get a Randuins Omen, But if they have a double/triple ap comp then go for the spirit visage first.

Focus

In teamfights try to zone/kill the adc by ulting as you run into their team, only when you have Ancient Golem, Warmogs, Atmas.

Farming

Try to farm till lvl 6 before ganking but if you see a good opportunity and know you can get a kill then by all means gank.
