Introduction

Bros, I've played Dominion quite a few times. I think I know my way around the bush dudes.

Anyway I'm gonna teach you bros, how to play Dominion as.. Me.

This is how I play Olaf in dominion, do you got that bro?
DO, YOU, GOT, THAT, BRO?

Runes

Alright so dudes, I think Olaf in dominion needs to take a step away from the tankier approach. Tanky Olaf is sick, but tanks aren't as viable in Dominion as they are in summoner's rift.
greater quintessence of desolation
Basically I avoid taking quints of health and grab me some armor penetration instead. Bros, you're gonna be shredding through their armor like cans of graggy ice.
If I wasn't taking that armor penetration, I'd probably get because in dominion you gotta be fast, bro.

Got some dodge seals, cause you know Vikings are totally awesome and can dodge things without actually moving. Has saved my life so many times that I wouldn't think of replacing them with anything.

But if I did, seals of resilience would be at the top of my list. The per level armor favors dominion bros, don't forget it.

I've got some magic resist per level glyphs, and bro I know what you're thinking. You're thinking "Hey man I thought we weren't going for tanky..?" And man, we totally aren't but.. We don't want to be too squishy. The babes like a man who can last.

And if you're thinking "Man, I can last long enough for the babes already, come and get me!" Then go ahead and get some cooldown reduction glyphs. Per level or not, your choice bro.

Masteries

Now bros, in my masteries I set it to be tanky. Again I know you're thinking "This guy is lying to me, he keeps telling me we aren't going tanky!" but bro, Olaf can strive of the tankiness and turn it into strength.

1st of all I have Evasion leveled to the max. Helps with my seals, works great. Then I make sure I grab nimbleness, so when I do dodge it has more worth to it. Think of it this way, when you dodge you drink some graggy ice and get a little speed boost.

I get Veteran's scars to help with My w , bros. That little bit of health does indeed help dudes.

I've got Sunder for 1 point, since why would I get 15% spell penetration? Seems useless bros. Why not shred more enemies with 6 more armor penetration? Am I right dudes, or am I right?

I grab 4 points in sorcery instead of 4 points in alacrity, why?

Well I like being able to use my skills more often then having more attack speed. I believe that I would need the attack speed early, and I can't get close to enemies earlier, and don't have an assured slow on them from frozen mallet. I just find being able to hold enemies and use reckless swing more is just better than having an extra attack every 4 seconds or whatever.

Items

The first item I get is I get this first because the slow is nice, it gives some health for my w and I get some attack.

So this gives CC

Attack Damage

Health

And you were thinking of not buying it?

Bro I know what you're thinking.. Why not grab some boots first, right? I'd agree too but then, why not just go for one of the closest points first instead and hurry along your awesome Brolaf build?

The end build offers some nice CC especially with mixed in there.

After I get two I grab a because Dominion is full of movespeed frat-boys, so let's join the group, right?

I leave the right there and continue along and upgrade the two starting with making 1 of them into which gives me some crazy cc and some more damage.

I then move on to the first Dominion item and only dominion item in this build. I know new things are frightening, like when your girl suddenly is waking up at your house and eating meals with you. Scary, right?

But, it doesn't have to be bad. In-fact this item is amazing. this item offers an amazing active and gives more cc and some health.
I love how perfectly these items go together, offering constant cc, health and an active with true damage to stack on-top of our armor penetration.

Shortly after this item I usually find myself dominating the dominion.. Hah, dudes sorry I had to say that.
So bros, I just grab some more attack damage and armor penetration. Now we're not only going through squishy armor, but breaking through their weak faces too. Power unmatched bros. Just you wait and see.

Skill Sequence

The skill Sequence? Aw dudes this is the lamest part..

Anyway bros, I usually max my as soon as possible. Enemies become very scared of me, the way it should be. The way it always is. Unless they have graggy ice, then don't level anything and let them come close so you can steal it.

After I get my reckless swing up I usually take first and then but alternating between the two.

Berzerker Rage - For each 1% of health missing, Olaf's attack speed is increased by 1%.

Something that makes having Olaf tanky just that much more Viable.

Undertow - Olaf throws an axe into the ground at a target location, dealing damage to units it passes through and slowing their movement speed. If Olaf picks up the axe, the ability's cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds.
Olaf throws an axe to a target location, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+0.5) physical damage to units it passes through and slowing them by 24/28/32/36/40% for 2.5 seconds.

Olaf's harass, his extra slow, that early catching move. So nice and useful. It can be used to farm, but what are you gonna farm in dominion?

Vicious Strikes - Olaf's attack damage is increased, based on his health, and he gains massive lifesteal and spell vamp.
For 6 seconds, Olaf's attack damage is increased by 7/14/21/28/35 (+ [1% of maximum Health]) and he gains 9/12/15/18/21% lifesteal and spell vamp.

That extra bit that makes Olaf's tank power that much more viable. 1% of his max health is amazing. in addition to the base 35 at level 5, is unmatchable. As well as lifesteal.
At lower health this can be a way to burst/beat your enemies.

Reckless Swing - Olaf attacks with such force that it deals true damage to his target and himself.
Olaf deals 100/160/220/280/340 true damage to his target and inflicts 40/64/88/112/136 true damage to himself.

The bread and butter of being tanky as Olaf. Gives huge damage output, amazing burst. You'll be scaring all your enemies. This is your best move. When you can CC and slow your opponent and hold them in your true damage strikes for longer you'll be scarier than everyone.

Ragnarok - Olaf is immune to disables, has increased armor penetration and reduces incoming damage.
Active: For 5/6.5/8 seconds, Olaf is immune to disables and reduces incoming damage by 20/30/40.

This gives you the power to run through with your massive health and tank turrets, enemies, or whatever is in your path. This ability allows you to eat faces. Run through burst the squishy champs. Use this with ghost, they go together perfectly.
It also gives you passive armor penetration, which really just gives you more strength when you tank, go for dps, or whatever.

Summoner Spells

Bros is a GREAT match with Olaf's ultimate. Allows you to rush through enemies un-stunnable but still a target for hitting.

Like Poppy's ultimate, but offers armor penetration as a passive.

As for Ignite, this spell is easily switchable. I just find that being able to reduce the healing, lifesteal, or just finish off enemies to be very useful. If you're switching this out for Flash, you need to play more carefully.

Pros / Cons

Pros
Olaf has some amazing damage and huge armor penetration and AD burst.
    He can be quite tanky
    Can chase very nicely

Cons
This build lacks a good start unless team molds to your way.
Olaf won't be as tanky as some builds
Olaf won't have as much ad as some builds

Unique Skills

Dudes, I am the most amazing at diving. Not only because I'm still a target, allowing my team some less damage, but I can tank the damage too.

Using along with you can dive a tower later and pretty much ignore its shots and just eat away at the people guarding it.

Remember to drink plenty of graggy, as a lot of the stuff in League of Legends wouldn't be there without it!

To finish it off..

Use this build if you want to take a more damage approach to Brolaf, whilst maintaining a bit of tank abilities.

Also don't downvote the build if you haven't tried it.
