Caitlyn - Critical Damage Slaughter
First off I am not not going to up vote or down vote as I haven't played your build yet, but I do see somethings I would do differently...
I would drop a doran's blade mid to late game for a Black Cleaver. It gives you attack speed, Damage, & best of all Armor Pen for those nasty armor stackers (Rammus, Shen, any other tank character).
As far as summoner spells Clarity is a great solution to the mana problem, along with your regen runes you should be able to stay in the lane much longer.
While 90 calb. net is a good escape tool one on one, against a group of enemies it isn't as useful especial if these enemies have CC abilities.
