When Using Her you should be Mid, If you are push the other person as much as you can But use your range and stay back, So your Pilt over attack hits the other person this will give you a kill near the beginning which will cuz alot of mid mia's ;P

You should sell The Dorans Blade once you get cleaver then buy Another blood thirster this Build will make you crit 1.5k with nice attk speed and life steal Works perfectly And carry's really good i went 17-0 23-2 30-6 with this build.

For Farming i would farm myself around lvl 7-8 when you have ok life steal you should almost have your first blood thirster which would make it alot easier, And use Calibur net to flee, And when you get done the build and your lvl 18 you should be able to solo baron easily, I would do this cause after that its pretty much game over with 2k crits.

For summoner spells i would go with heal and ghost if your in a lane with another person if your mid go with Ignite and ghost if you want to kill them in the begining, But for end game i would go with ghost, Clarity so if your in their base you will never run out of mana

My run choices were mostly for armor penetration and crit dmg, i go with theese because in early game i can crit 300 normal dmg which i thought was pretty awesome with some nice armor penetration which all addds up then with the items for end game with theese runes you can get 2k crits which is just beast. You never die with 2k crits and 60% life steal.
