Cameille is generally good all round but her peak is mid game when you can roam around the map because of her E she can gank any lane easily and help them out.
Camille's R is really good when it is up and should be used whenever it is off cooldown. This ability is really good to fight their bot lane and should always be used on the ADC. This will keep then still for you and your AD to make it an easy fight.
She is a very mobile champion and this is very good in lane and out of lane. This is massive because she is an easy engage and will make it even easier with the stun and slow from her E + W combo.
