Not bad at all. I prefer to play Ez as an AP [OP ULTIIIIIIIIIII] but if i were to witch to AD i would probably follow your tips on the items and..the red buff :P but i can't help but notice that this build kind of lacks in explanations and generaly tricks...oh well just saying! good guide nevertheless you have a +1 from meh ;]

Well maybe your right I've removed it but it's very useful if their team is 50% AD and 50% AP
It gives both ARMOUR and MAGIC RESIST.

Alright the build seems fine, so congratulations you have earned a +1. There are a couple things that I recommend considering: (A) Add more detail, and (B) Add more detail. Your guide is lacking in detail at the moment, particularly in item choice. I highly recommend adding more detail soon, it is the difference between okay guides and great guides.
