Twin Fang is extremely mana inefficient I don't know how you expect people who can't land a Q to be able to use the full extent of her passive if they can't spam twin fang. Also, Twin Fang has high burst, but your highest damage spell is Q Noxious Blast, you have to land it of course but that comes with time. I don't think it is an acceptable alternative to claim that if you can't land X skill just do this. To play the champion you must be able to use their abilities, especially something as critical as landing Miasma and Noxious Blast.

p.s. junglers are fairly easy to get away from if you ward and landing a miasma and noxious blast

I see where you're coming from, i didn't take a good look at the crucial points, but you are right, and i've decided to change it.

Twin fang does alot of damage against many solo mid champs. I get it first because not many people can hit their Q, which would waste mana if you aren't using your passive to it's full extent..
If you have the right runes, and masteries, and are doing good in lane then you should be doing enough damage to get a first blood, harass them out of lane, and just win it..
Well of course if you're doing good, go for deathcap first, i just like getting the survivalbility from giant's belt making me a bit harder to kill.
I put exhaust over ignite as i said before, to help you escape, help get the kill, stop junglers from achiving their gank.

Maxing Twin Fang first isn't ideal especially if you're not getting an early Hextech Revolver. There really is no reason to take Exhaust over Ignite, The mastery in offense gives you AP which doesn't totally off-set the 10 MR, but it's good enough considering the amount of damage plus the healing debuff.

Other than that there isn't a whole lot wrong, it's just your build doesn't really make sense other than the double doran's. The skill order is relatively wrong and you really have no damage early on with this build. You should only rush rylai's if your team is getting **** on, other than that, if you're doing well or it's about tied you should just spend 500 more for deathcap for a major boost in damage
