I play Cass alot and I think you are insane right now, which is exactly why Iam going to try this. ^_^

A silly build, but you could at least use the right runes.

I would suggest arpen marks, mp5 seals, attackspeed glyphs (or MR) and the arp quints are good.

really a sick build cause of the no one will expect it factor. i experianced it a couple of times now an ad cassio in my team (as tsasuki being the player), and it really rocked my socks. i will say to everyone who reads it give it a try and don't dislike it cause you think it won't work :)
