Why do you use Seals of Force and Glyphs of Replenishment? If you switch them you have Primary runes instead of Secondary ones, giving you more Mana Regen/5 and Ability Power. Also, Seals of Replenishment are cheaper.
Other than that, I think your guide is good, simple and has the essential.

I really don't think its fair to say that she has a built in ignite because she doesn't. She has DoTs which are kind of like ignite, but ignite halves healing which is invaluable if your fighting (among others) Warwick, Vlad, or Swain.
