It would be nice if you mention Trinkets in the cheat sheet because that's what people are aiming for when reading a guide. I suggest you these Masteries (http://dpatti.com/s4/#7aBmTz7CBQd) especially because of the changes to the defense tree.
Like the content and coding but as mentioned before some talk about jungling and jungle matchups would be a great addition.

Wow, it is so weird that in a lot of guides the first person to comment usually created the account on the same day the guide was published and the only thing he has ever done was to comment on the guide, these random people that create an account just to comment sure are fast! :)

Either way, I think the coding is quite good, it is enough so there wont be huge walls of texts and it is easy to read. I'm not a Lee Sin player, but I think you could talk about jungle timers, where to start and these sort of stuff, it would be really nice. For the rest, looks quite good and in-depth talked. Oh, would be nice to see a matchup section, even if only on the cheat sheet.
