I would Like to pick up Aurelion Sol, what do you suggest that I practice on him to speed the learning curve?

You can try copying what me or other high elo asol players do by watching us but other than that just focus on keeping enemies in your outer limit and always look for roams. You'll figure it out soon enough.

If my enemy is within the outer star limit and their teammates aren't near my stars, should I cancel my W so they are getting hit by stars again? It's something that has bothered me, during late game, when watching high elo players play him, because of W's low cool down if the enemy gets back into the outer limit then reactivate W. This is under the circumstances ult is on cooldown.
