Runes

I put it all in the notes but in case you didn't see manaflow for mana poke, absolute because you don't die if you don't misposition, gathering for late game, conditioning for extra armor and mr for tank, and revitalize for shield and heal.

Items

Start ap supp item, go into eye of frost (2nd upgrade) first back and if enough buy dark seal, if not buy it second back. Always go athenes or ardent first item, ardent kinda sucks rn so athenes better for first, afterwards go mikaels and tear, then sell darkseal for rabadons and then build tear into archangels and you're full build! :D

Skill Sequence

Go q lvl 1 for poke and then heal lvl 2 and q again for extra poke ebcause you don't need mvspeed at lvl 3 rly. After that lvl e at lvl 4 and max q and w from there, it's in notes zzz.

Pros / Cons

    Pros!:
    good teamfight
    very flexible to do everything (mitigate damage, mvspeed, stun, nuke)
    fastest character in game without boots, insane power spikes
    good damage for supp
    CONS:
    mana hungry af
    rly weak laning
    really squishy (positioning is everything)
    she isn't janna or morg lol
