I have serious problem about Viktor so im permabanning.

Xerath is unique champion that cannot easily countered. You can play under tower and perma farm with your skills. They cannot touch you if they don't have absurd skills.
Always look for ulti and get free kills.
I'm literally always playing for botlane and perma farm enemy bot. You must control ward to your rotation and don't die while killing with ulti.
