Heal is standard spell for Yi and you should always pick it, you are probabaly wondering why i chose Clarity, well when you use ulti and kill enemy you get cooldown reset on all spells, you will have enought mana to recacs spells 2 times, but after that mana is no more so its best to use Clarity so you can chase and kill enemys that are on low healt and trying to escape.
