Yeah,the build is a bit expensive but Wukong normaly pwns Early game,so you will get your money in excess so yo can buy most of items.But damage is truly awesome,i go to middle of team fights and Cyclone and kill them all xD

I saw the Damage and I was like "HOLY SH*T"
Then I roughly thought of how much the build costs and I was like "HOLYYYYYY CCCCCCRRRRRAAAAAPPPPPP"

but nice build!
