should NOT be bought on Late Game since you have no time to stack it and its passive won't work already since at Late Game you should be level 18 already, thus, should never be bought on .

I suggest you to add more chapters and use more icons. On the "Note on Items" chapter, it should be instead of Void Staf.

21/9/0 Masteries might be a consideration, everything what Vynertje said and mentioning as a late game option is awful like the item itself on .

You've grasped the concept behind building elise (AP Bruiser) but your execution is terrible. Go Golem -> Sorcerer's + Haunting Guise -> Abyssal -> Randuins or something like that for a proper bruiser build.
