I am no pro to League of Legends, so this is my first Build. I like to be constantly doing stuff in game, which is why I spec'd the way I did for short cool downs with this build, I might not be doing the most damage with this build as some others, but I like the Survivability and the way I can play him.

I picked LeBlanc Because I believe he is one of the best single target nukers. Mainly because the main nuke is on a 6 sec cooldown and his ult is only on 40 sec cooldown. So when you max out your Cooldown limit cap at %40 which this build gets you to %39 didn't want to add another item for just the %1 saved it for somthing with more ap..

Fighting

His main nuke is on a 2.5 sec CD and his Ult is on a 18sec Cd which is great news for us, because we can harass easily by nuking twice with Q & R, run back that should have taken at least %40 life, come back in 10 seconds he will be thinking your still on cooldown hit him with the same combo again only 15 seconds later and you should get the kill. If not throw a W on him and that should finish him in most cases. To take down enimies I Start with a Q and then with a W come back Q again then Q again using your Ult and usually that will kill all but the tanks.

Survivability

The only reason I bring this up is because LeBlanc is Excellent at getting away from fights, others disagree but with your W ability which teleports you a good range where ever you want to go and also through walls, I try to fight near walls if i think ima get ganke'd or ambushed so i can hop over. Flash is on this build only to escape more, I don't like dying personally so I want to avoid whenever possible. a really easy way to get very far away very fast is to use your W and put it far away as possible keep running away and ur your R to mimic your W and get even farther, if your still being hunted then you can flash at that point if you really have too. This method will get you 1600 ingame range within 3 seconds really cool, and if your these cd's you should never die unless you get jumped by a rogue.
