Is this the funniest to play of them? For me , yes.
It's really adaptable as you can really build any item with an decent ACTIVE and get away with it, and the fact that you just have that many things you can do, just makes this build the coolest for me, not even mentioning that the item CDR rune will also lower your trinket and ward item COOLDOWN, which is amazing.
Just don't forget to spam your items, since they're all at most 1 minute cooldown.
