Start on the blue buff. Wait until the golem hits you twice, then Consume it and start your potion. Make sure the potion goes off without a hitch. Consume every time it's up, as soon as it's up. You'll be down to one bar and close to dying when your Consume comes up to finish blue off. If you use the Ignite build, you typically won't be counter jungled because they expect you to be in a lane.

If you're using the Smite build, start by Smiting one of blue's small minions, then continue as normal. You do this for two reason: first, blue takes two Consumes regardless of whether you Smite unless your teammates take the time to beat on it awhile with you. Secondly, if the enemy team does try to counter you, you'll have already taken some of the XP and won't lose all your progress if blue is still there after they leave. After taking down blue and wolves, proceed to red and duplicate what you did to blue. I'll be doing some more testing soon to determine whether cloth armor and pots are necessary to start this fight and end it with full HP.

Once you clear your jungle, you will almost certainly want to back for Boots of Speed. You have both buffs now, and can either start the other jungle, counter the other jungler, or attempt a gank. I do those, in that order.

Use Flash to escape jungle ganks, get last hits on champions, or to initiate Absolute Zero. It's extremely hard to escape if you start it directly on top of an enemy. Also, ulting from the bush makes it invisible, but still slows them.

After your core items, pick up an Oracle's Elixir to remove the other team's wards. Next, get Rabadon's Deathcap or Banshee Veil depending on what you need. Final item considerations should include Thornmail, Force of Nature, Zhonya's Hourglass, Glacial Shroud/Frozen Heart, Lich Bane, Guardian Angel and Randuin's Omen.
