Hi LoL players. This is my 1st guide and I hope you like it! =) It's all about dps Jarvan. I had some great results with this build and I hope you will get them too.

Greater Mark of Desolation is important to deal more damage with your basic attacks and your ultimate Cataclysm and your q spell Dragon Strike.
Greater Seal of Resilience and Greater Glyph of Shielding bring you the durability to survive team fights and the laning phase.
Greater Quintessence of Swiftness help you to chase enemy champions and safely get away from ganks. In my opinion they are very important, because you have to reach people with your ultimate.

The 9/21/0 masterie build improves your chances of survival and you also get some bonus attack damage and 10% armor penetration.

[*] Cloth Armor sould always be your first pick against heavy ad champions like Garen or Riven. If you play against hybrid Champions I would recommend to take [*] Boots of Speed as your first purchase. Pick [*] Null-Magic Mantle against ap Champions and build it into [*] Aegis of the Legion or [*] Mercury's Treads.
- [*] Frozen Mallet -> health, attack damage and a slow on each hit! perfect item for you
- [*] Atma's Impaler -> armor, a good amount of damage and critical strike chance.
- [*] Wit's End -> attack speed, adds some magical damage to your attacks, magic resist
- [*] Infinity Edge -> helps you to maximise your damage output!
- [*] Aegis of the Legion -> sustain, good aoe effect for your allies and some additional damage

Here are some items that can replace your [*] Infinity Edge
- [*] The Bloodthirster - if you want some life steal.
- [*] Last Whisper - if your enemies buy a lot of armor.
- [*] Guardian Angel - if you get focused in teamfights
- [*] Randiun's Omen - if you play vs a heavy ad team or need to be a tank.

[*] Flash - good for engage, chase and of course escape.
[*] Exhaust - slows attack speed and movement speed - can also be used offensively and defensive.
you can also use [*] Ignite against champions that don't get affected by attack speed reduce.

+ good engage
+ easy to farm with
+ stong fighter
+ good CC (knock up, slow, wall)

- not that strong in early game
- efficiency is very team depending
