The main reason I passed on Warmog was because of how much it costs. Leviathan gives almost as much health as Warmog with 20 stacks and has the 15% reduced damage. I guess I'm just confident enough with Pantheon to know that I'll get the stacks I need to make the build work with Leviathan. I'm not saying I'm amazing with Pantheon, I'm just comfortable with him :) Thanks for the input though, I appreciate it!

Not a bad idea. I'd swap Warmog's for Leviathan, and ditch the manamune. That's just personal preference though for manamune, and you've got some nice thoughts in the description. +1

Well the thing about his is that you are giving up much of his power for HP. And though Atma's gives dmg based on health, you are also relying on a snowball item. Thats the bad thing. You also build him with defensive stats, which also takes more away from his natural bursty power.

I can see it working, but snowballs arent the best thing to have. Its a good idea, but it needs to find a balance of health and Dmg.

I have a Tank Pantheon and it took weeks to get right. Dont give up though. You have potential in your idea
