I don't have much time now but I noticed few things.
First, I like the way you highlighted the Cull choice as a starter Item. I use to pick it if I'm forced to back early, but you actually pointed something that sometime happens and is favorable to Cull.
Second, There's a HUGE contradiction in your build. You actually building your Jhin the Crit Way. So Basicly, you're aiming for a late game Build. BUT. You actually picked Armor Penetration Marks and Quint. Which is a kind of heretic choice for a Crit Build.
-> Here is why People do take Armor Pen Marks/Quints on Jhin :
Jhin is good at early/mid stage. Therefor, building Armor Pen build (which is insanely strong early, and ok++ mid, but poor late) So basicly people use to build Ghostblade/Duskblade in order to win the game as fast as possible.
-> Here is why People wont take Armor Pen Marks/Quints on Crit Build :
Crit is all about piercing to late game. And then winning the late game. BUT Armor Pen is all about winning as fast as possible.
Attack Damage runes will actually give you less damages to Champion EARLY, but you'll improve your farming by 5 or 10 or even 15 % with Attack damae runes. And it's way better for Crit Builds
first of all thank you for reading and commenting on my guide. I really try to give others what I have learned about Jhin so they can learn something about him as well.
The Cull choice is a very risky one (like every greedy decision). I hope you can make the right decision in your games to gain a small advantage when playing.
About the Armor Pen runes: I've updated the guide with a chapter about why I choose armor pen runes even if the whole build is directed towards crit. The runes are balanced very differently than the items in game and there is no option to buy 15 armor pen with the same cost of 12 AD (a long sword). Plus, as Akali would say, "As balance dictates.", having a balance between armor pen and DPS results in a higher amount of damage dealt.
AD runes are actually stronger early (because base AD is not very high) and they make a greater percentage of your total AD. Armor pen just doesn't take off yet because there's not enough raw AD to make more effective.
I definitely appreciate your comment. I'm open for any other thing you may notice as well.
