You are wasting too much gold on mana. If you learn to control it you'll have much more AP easily.

Great build. Bravo! With the exception of Will of the Ancients I use almost the same build. Also I prefer Ghost or Exhaust over Ignite.

I already commented on this, but I gotta thank you again :D so many wins, just thanks to your build... you also made me realise the power of the catalyst... and the moment i lvl up to 18, i just get enough cash for the hextech!

although i do have one question... why do you level the pillar earlier than conflagration? i usually go for R>E>W>Q, picking up one level of sear on lvl 2, to be able to counter really early ganks, and using conflagration to great enemies who try to get too close. I like that it does not make me push when i target an enemy with it. also, when i sear a minion, people think that i just missed, and when i conflagrate the minion to hurt them, they are confused and run back, even though i got nothing to throw at them :D

I really like conflagration over pillar, because it is way more reliable, and it's way easier to trick enemies into walking close to burning minions than trying to hit them with my pillar... but i guess that's my bad aim, and also, i don't play ranked too much, so i probably play at a totally different level...

another question would be about runes... seals and marks are a no brainer, and your quints and glyphs probably ad a lot of damage. I use glyphs of celerity and quints of swiftness... the quints are probably just about personal preference, but the glyphs... i like that i get 40% cdr with just golem on lvl 18. isn't that worth considering?

One last thing are masteries... since i have cdr/lvl runes,i like to lvl as much as possible, so i take awareness.. also, i take good hands over perseverence any day, but that's again probably just personal preference...

Tl;DR i like your build a lot, but i like to nitpick :D

Really nice build, I tried a lot of builds, and this was kinda what i was getting to, with the rylais and hextech revolver. The trick that I did not see is getting catalyst as the first item, and getting tear after boots. I used to get only tear or only catalyst with boots before rabadon, but this just works so much better...

Really good build, although I'd build Hextech Revolver directly after getting Rabadon's Deathcap, it usually helps a lot if you're going against a strong team.
I get why you want magic penetration with Sorcerer's Shoes, but wouldn't -15% cooldown be better as Brand (even lategame) isn't good use in longer teamfights? I tend to drink a potion then but on the long run does that reduces my gold.
Anyways, good build!
