Okay, actually pretty annoying because of her passive but not too difficult to kill twice, just make sure not to blow ult if she's going to revive unless you know you can still kill her.

Annie

Her bear is basically a free stack.

Aurelion Sol

He controls the stars. You make stars fall out of the sky.

Brand

Has long range poke and harass, just dodge the stun and make sure to back off if he hits you with anything so he can't stack the passive, which will probably blow you into shreds.

Cassiopeia

Not that difficult if you just dodge the poison circle and make sure you don't keep staring directly at her.

Ekko

He's one of those that can dash out of your skillshots, ult out of your stun, ult to dodge your ult, and delete you at the same time. Ask for ganks and stay under your tower, although he can still dive you with his ult. If he does dive you, just put yourself into your stun and hope you don't die.

Fizz

Certain death. He can jump out of your stun, your ult, and everything you have. Plus, he can dash out of your skillshots.

Galio

What he going to do, sit on you?

Heimerdinger

Pretty easy as long as you stay out of turret range and dodge stuns. Especially with the new patch, turrets pose much less of a threat to you.

Kassadin

Make sure to harass the sh*t out of him before 6 or else he will teleport out of your stun and murder you.

Katarina

Just give up. Her shunpo feels like it's on a 2 second cooldown and she can't just jump out of your stun, she can jump STRAIGHT TO YOU. Plus, she's pokey, and usually builds zhonya's so she can dodge your ult.

Kennen

Skill matchup. He's fast, so stun him and dodge

LeBlanc

Ask for ganks and farm under your tower.

Lissandra

She can get out of your stun, but you can predict where she is going to go. Just wait until she blows her escape and burst her down.

Malzahar

This guys doesn't even have to jump out of your stun, he can just walk through it. A pro is he can't really burst you down.

Lux

You can literally get on your hands and knees and crawl out of her skillshots while dance spamming.

Orianna

Skill matchup.

Ryze

Personally a pretty easy matchup. He does damage, but you can deal more damage, and faster.

Sona

Actually really difficult. As soon as you get close, she uses her q + autoattack and does half your hp. So basically zone her and ask for a gank when she pushes up.

Swain

He heals, but that's pretty useless because you can just delete him. Just make sure to dodge his abilities.

Syndra

Skill matchup. Basically, whoever can hit the stun first wins the lane. I suggest you stay back and make sure there's not a straight line between her, an orb, and you.

Talon

A lot of people describe this as an extremely difficult matchup, but personally I feel like as long as you dodge his skillshots and make sure he doesn't get too close, maybe farm under tower if you need to, you should be fine. If he does get close to killing you, you can always stun him.

Yasuo

Annoying, but you can deal without too much difficulty. Just remember to autoattack him whenever his passive is up because that actually blocks a lot of your damage. Wait for him to blow his windwall before ulting, or else he can block it.

Akali

She's really strong against veigar, so stay under tower and farm. Whenever she gets too close and you feel like she's going to go in on you, just put a stun around yourself.

Diana

One of Veigar's harder matchups. Make sure to stay under tower so she can't dash to you. Also make sure to dodge the Q.
