This is a hybrid Akali build. This is a good build that will allow you to switch things up as most people assume for an Akali to build into an AP assassin / an AP support role. This will also allow you as an Akali user to fill multiple roles in a game. This build is a hybrid build that will give you high attack damage along with a healthy amount of AP while giving large amounts of movement and attack speed.

The Runes are a standard Akali runes that will activate your Twin Disciple passive abilities as early as possible. So nothing special for runes in this build.

Your masteries are again standard Akali build there purpose is to activate your passive abilities as soon as possible.

You should start your build off with boots of speed and three health pots. Next you want to build into Hextech Gunblade starting with first getting Hextech Revolver. Your next choice of what to build into I found is really by preference. I like to build into phantom dancers first because this gives you alot more attack speed, movement speed, and critical strike chance and all of these are helpful if your a sneaky hit and run ninja. But honestly Phantom Dancer gives you more survivability, allows you to hunt down stragglers more effectively, and gives you and all around harder punch. After either getting Phantom or Bloodthirster you will want to get Rylai's Crystal Scepter this will give you even more survivability along with stronger AP. To finish off this build you will want to build into an Infinities Edge. This will allow you to hit EXTREMELY hard along with your high percentage of lifesteal given from your Bloodthirster weaving in and out of your Twilight Shroud while frequently hitting champions will allow you to quickly regen health mid fight.

Building Mark of the Assassin first along with your boots will allow you to harass more easily early game. Twilight Shroud and Crescent Slash should be learned at level two and three because this will help you in escaping and comboing more effectively. As always upgrade your ultimant at levels 6, 11, and 16.

Ignite and Flash are great abilities for Akali because turret diving is one of her specialties and these abilities allow her to turret dive way more effectively.

This is a good build that will allow you to switch things up. this is an effective build that will allow you not only to effectively dominate the game with your abilities but also to deal out massive damage from your auto attack.
